The aroma is yogurt-like sourness reminiscent of lactic acid bacteria. As soon as we put it in our mouths, the fresh sourness and sweetness spread, and it was like a dessert. I hurriedly put it back in the fridge because I felt like I was going to drink it like a juice. I'd buy this again...!
