I bought it because of its reputation as a good match for white fish, and drank it with sea bream. The ginjo aroma was light, but the easy-drinking sweetness and freshness made it a good choice for beginners.

I took a sip and was surprised. Was it a white wine? It was so sweet and tart that I thought it was a white wine. It was so fruity and delicious that it could be mistaken for fresh grape juice. After opening it and letting it sit overnight, the acidity settled down a bit and the sake-like quality came out from behind. I prefer both, but if anything, I think I prefer the mouth-opening one more. The mail order on the official website was easy and comfortable to use, and I would repeat it again and again. I would like to try other sake from the same brewery and have more fun.

Happy New Year! The first bottle of New Year's Day is a draft sake. It has a fresh acidity, a fruity aroma, a light sweetness, and a clean finish. It is not too light in flavor, but has a presence that is not overshadowed by the deliciousness of the sashimi. As one would expect from Drunken Whale.

The directions for opening the bottle are well written, but as written, the lid popped off. The taste is lightly fizzy and refreshing on the palate. The fruity aroma followed later. According to the store where I bought it, it loses its carbonation after a few days after opening, so I'm keeping it in the fridge. I'm looking forward to drinking the rest.
