Held a sake that had been left to sit in the fridge for a long time❣️. It was very mellow sweetness and rice flavor, very much my favorite sake. I think the acidity and bitterness are gone and it probably tastes completely different than when it was freshly made, but I like it very much ❤️. I was surprised to see that it tastes similar to the Imi that I used to drink and loved so much ✨.

We got this sake at New Year's ✨. This is a handcrafted sake from Tanzan Shuzo 😌. The sake was aged for three years at low temperature, and when I drank it, it looked a little golden, had an elegant ginjo aroma, and a honey-like sweetness, but it was clean and crisp, and it didn't leave a residue on my palate, so I thought it was a very beautiful sake✨. It was a gift for the New Year, so it was a type of sake that I don't usually buy, a little rich and elegant ❤️.
