Cork opened, big explosion 💥. I opened the bottle in the kitchen just in case, so I avoided a catastrophe, but the 750 ml bottle turned out to be about 650 ml 😭. I took a sip to get myself together. The strong bubbles made the sweetness explode in my mouth as well, and I could gobble this up. This sake is perfect for this still hot season. Please be careful when opening the bottle.
