This is my first time at the "Seven Laughs Brewery". The more you drink, the more you laugh. It is said that the wish is to laugh seven times and bring in seven blessings.
Summer sake is coming out lushly. This one is also fresh, refreshing, and easy to drink.
I was looking for somewhere to have dinner at work and went to Soy sauce.
I chose the usual restaurant, Nomu Eiko Fuji.
It was the second time I had it with a stick of rice.
I like the dry, crispy taste.
Ina City, Nagano Prefecture Senjo Co.
On a night like this, even the thunderbirds are tinged by the shimmering of the new moon
Polishing ratio 70%.
The aroma is elegant and fruity, but the taste is sharp and dry. It is said to be a sake brewery that does not distribute much in the Kanto region.
I would like to go to ......... sake brewery for this.
Served with sakura shrimps from Suruga Bay, fava beans, and kakiage (deep fried onions).
Firm and dry, with a smooth taste and firm rice.
This Noto sake was left at "Sake Front Kitanaka" which we visited on our trip to Kanazawa.
Many sake breweries in Noto were severely damaged by the earthquake, including Kazuma Sake Brewery .........(T_T)
This is already a luxury daiginjo. I think it is definitely Yamadanishiki. The water must be good too, because it is so clear and dry!
I would like to match it with a luxurious sea urchin risotto. I think it is from Hokkaido.
I've had this brand before, but the seasonal Kouika was so good I had to include it here.
The butter and soy sauce were savory and soaked into the peeled and grilled turnip. The turnip was so sweet.
Dry sake goes well with it☺.
Definitely light and dry.
Makes you miss Sado.
Kintsuru complements delicious pickles.
I wonder if the snap-enzu in the middle can be made into pickles.
Usubeni Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Goes well with refreshing salads.
Elegant aroma, freshness. But it has depth in the back. Great with burrata, fruity tomatoes, and arugula salad.
What? Let's sprinkle some cheese on it!
The smell of tomatoes and basil is so strong, but when you drink it, you will find it refreshing and not heavy.
The restaurant staff chose it for us, so it matched well with the sardines simmered in oil.
I want this.
