It had been a long time since I saw Sogen.
I was happy to see that there was no more Sogen left in Ishikawa prefecture last spring, and I had been looking forward to its revival.
It is a sharp and deliciously spicy Junmai!

It has been a long time since I have been to Sogen!
When I went to Kanazawa in March this year, it was already gone, and when I went one more time in September, there was a line at Kanazawa station, but only a little.
It has a deep, rich, pungent flavor. But it also has an atmosphere like molasses.
I love Sogen!
