Bamboo leaves left at a roadside station in Anamizu on the way back from a volunteer trip to Noto in June. Since April, when I was chased by a sake brewer in Kanazawa for a few more days, I purchased it. It is 100% Noto with a deep rice flavor. My favorite sake brewer in Okunoto.

We went to Morito Sake Brewery, which has stalls at the Taiyo no Marche and Yokohama Kitanaka Marche in the Kanto area😊. Perfect for summer! It's a refreshingly dry sake, perfect for summer! I enjoyed it cooled down to the perfect temperature.
