This Noto sake was left at "Sake Front Kitanaka" which we visited on our trip to Kanazawa.

I've had this brand before, but the seasonal Kouika was so good I had to include it here.
The butter and soy sauce were savory and soaked into the peeled and grilled turnip. The turnip was so sweet.
Dry sake goes well with it☺.

The smell of tomatoes and basil is so strong, but when you drink it, you will find it refreshing and not heavy.
The restaurant staff chose it for us, so it matched well with the sardines simmered in oil.

A liquor store original. The fresh aroma of the cedar barrels is a delight to the nose at the same time as the gulp.
It is available at Kitashimaya every year during the Beaujolais season.
Today, we had live octopus, horse mackerel, and bonito at a very popular fish shop. They put so much ginger on the bonito! Wonderful.
