Natsuyasumi" comes out every summer. This year's label reads "NATSUYASUMI FUKUMITSUYA KANAGAWA" with a picture of a watermelon ^_^. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness and a slight carbonation. The taste is sweet and slightly carbonated, followed by a sharp finish. This year I ordered a set of nukadoko & nukazuke pickles through Fukumitsuya's mail order.

Super dry! Goes well with bonito as a side dish. The name comes from a large waterfall called "Jange no Taki" in the Nishiyama Mountains of Echigo Nagaoka Mishima.

Next time, I would like to visit slowly.

Mitsui no Kotobuki, a long time favorite. Summer sake? It's a refreshingly dry sake with a fruitiness that is typical of summer sake. I like it. ......

At Gyoza Bar Gyoun. Sake to go with the cut-up herring. The dry sake goes well with fermented foods with a strong sour taste!
