The label looks like wine.
Super limited, unleavened, unfiltered, raw sake.
Slightly fizzy and fruity, reminiscent of citrus fruits. The theme is the truth of Shirakiku, and the lingering aftertaste is gentle and lingering.
My new favorite!
I bought it because of the label and name.
I drank it quietly and to myself.
It was not too light, but not too heavy either.
It was a nice saké with a nice mouthfeel.
I heard they grew up listening to classical music while the unrefined sake was fermenting! I was told that it is characterized by firm flavor and acidity.
Indeed!
