The last sake of the first day was Tsunekigen, another local sake from Ishikawa.
It was an easy-drinking sake with a nice rice flavor and a nice sharpness! Delicious!
The second izakaya we had on the first day was Kikuhime. This sake has a fruity, chocolatey aroma. It was a bit of a different type of drink for me on this trip!
We had this on a trip to Kanazawa!
It is the most delicious sake! With a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a refreshing aftertaste, this is a delicious sake that you can drink as many glasses as you like.
Paired with seasonal yellowtail shabu-shabu, it was worth the trip to Kanazawa!

For the record.
It has a nice aroma and is very easy to drink! It was so easy to drink that even people who don't like sake could enjoy it! It was like a modest food sake!
My wife gave me the popular Tenmei as a Christmas gift 🎄Thank you 😊.
I don't usually buy nigori sake for myself, so it was very tasty and more special than usual!
As the reputation suggests, it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and it's delicious and easy to drink! It was delicious and went well with the fried chicken!
I'll try it again after I've had some more time with it!
I've been curious about Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai Daiginjo for a while!
I was very satisfied with the sake, which was easy to drink and tasty at the same time.
It was a very tasty sake with a slightly sweet aroma and a hint of grain! Easy to drink!
I've been curious to try some Daishinshu! I drank it by the glass and was very pleased with the mouthwatering aroma and flavor!
I still prefer Junmai Daiginjo cold sake!
I purchased this as a souvenir from a recent trip to Hida Takayama.
It was easy to drink and tasted just as the label said it would. It was perfect for a mealtime drink, and it was easy to drink!
For my second drink of the Hida Takayama trip, I got the Shiromayumi!
This was cold sake and easy to drink.
It went well with the delicious food.
After that, we had a second glass of nigori sake on the rocks, and it was a very satisfying evening!
We went on a trip to Hida Takayama!
At dinner, we first had a bottle of old sake Tenen.
I had never had old sake before, but it seemed quite easy to drink, with a mild flavor and a nice aroma!
I usually only drink cold sake, but sake at room temperature tastes good too!
