I purchased this as a souvenir from a recent trip to Hida Takayama.
It was easy to drink and tasted just as the label said it would. It was perfect for a mealtime drink, and it was easy to drink!
For my second drink of the Hida Takayama trip, I got the Shiromayumi!
This was cold sake and easy to drink.
It went well with the delicious food.
After that, we had a second glass of nigori sake on the rocks, and it was a very satisfying evening!
We went on a trip to Hida Takayama!
At dinner, we first had a bottle of old sake Tenen.
I had never had old sake before, but it seemed quite easy to drink, with a mild flavor and a nice aroma!
I usually only drink cold sake, but sake at room temperature tastes good too!
Today we had a bottle of winter unpasteurized Mori no Usagi, an unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized winter sake.
Today we chose a sake that goes well with horse sashimi 🍶.
The result was very satisfying!
The horse sashimi, garlic & ginger soy sauce and dry umami-guchi sake went so well together!
It was a delicious sake with a delicious flavor 😊.
Bought this on a recent trip to Hida Takayama! We had it with Hida beef sinew stew, hoba miso, yam and tuna bakudan 😃.
It was a delicious sake, easy to drink, with just the right amount of spiciness!
This was also served with tempura of wild vegetables at Okuhida Onsenkyo. Jindai Kamicho. It is my favorite sake because it is clear, dry, easy to drink, and goes well with food 🍶.
We had this at Okuhida Onsenkyo. It is a "Himuro Junmai" (pure rice). It was a medium type with a mellow taste! (Forgot to take a picture)
We enjoyed it with wild vegetables and pickles!
It was delicious, so refreshing, so easy to drink!
I had it with grilled yellowtail and spring rolls and it was delicious!
It was a sake that made me feel spring in my mouth 😊.
We had it with horse sashimi and motsunabe! It was a different kind of sake from the Tatenogawa that we had the other day, and it went very well with rice 😃I would like to drink it again. I want to drink it again. The aroma was so good!
