Pink and spring-like. The bottle was labeled "Caution Opening. The bottle was safely opened without any blowout. How can rice and koji make such a strawberry milk I wonder how they can brew sake that reminds me of sake. Second fermentation in the bottle gives a pleasant tingling sensation. Not too sweet. Low alcohol content (11 degrees Celsius). You will not get tired of drinking it and will finish it soon. A sake to be drunk with everyone at a cherry blossom viewing party.
