The sweetness is weak and the bitterness is strong, leaving a slight tingling sensation on the tongue.
I think there are different tastes, but personally, I prefer Asaoroumisou.
If you let it sit for a bit and match it with food, it matches smoothly and deliciously without any cloying taste.
