[5.0 They said it arrived yesterday. There are four varieties including this one, all apparently made from rice grown in Chiba Prefecture. The other 3 bottles are made with different rice and have a milling ratio of 50%. The one I bought is made from Koshihikari rice and has a milling ratio of 90%! That's about the same as the rice I usually eat! The specs were interesting, and the clerk who compared them recommended this one, so we bought this one. Correct! It's so good! When you drink it, the sweet taste of the rice spreads in your mouth with a slight lactobacillus-like flavor, then quickly disappears, leaving a faint sweet taste on the tip of your tongue. It is easy to drink and suitable for summer because it does not have a long aftertaste. I drank it by itself, but it seems to go very well as a mealtime sake because it is made from Koshihikari rice. This is one of my favorite sakes that I have had this year!
