シンゲンケンシン
This sake was introduced by a sake writer on a TV program when she visited Ishikawa Prefecture, so I bought it with high expectations!
Well... it was not my favorite taste.
The acidity was very strong at any temperature range... I couldn't feel the taste of the rice... I heard it was classified as dry.
The acidity is too strong and the dryness is blurred... It is difficult to know how to drink it...
The only thing that mellowed the strong acidity a little was white rice.
Now I'm looking forward to matching it with sashimi...
No repeats...
At that time I was wondering about Mutsumi Hassen, Senkou, Nabeshima, Akabu, Fukuda from Nagasaki prefecture.
Next time, if any of the above brands are available, I would like to buy it.
