When it's chilled, it feels very alcoholic and... that ...... wasn't the taste I was expecting.
I'm not sure if it's a flavor I like or not, but I'd like to try it at a different temperature.
I think the best time to drink this junmai-shu is when the weather gets colder.
It's not suitable for the hot summer season.
I've never had another Junmai Ginjo, so I'd like to try other kinds.

It's been a couple of days since I opened the bottle, but the initial horniness has disappeared and it's become easier to drink! I drank it cold and chilled. The mouthfeel has mellowed and the taste has a citrus aroma that wasn't there at first! Sharaku
