I wanted to drink it so much that I was able to buy it.
It smells like pineapple, just like the comments! The aroma that comes out of the nose when you put it in your mouth is pineapple itself, and the bitterness that comes after it goes down your throat clears your mouth and makes you want to drink it again, soon!
I thought it was the perfect sake for those who like to enjoy and feel the aroma of pineapple.
This sake doesn't need any pairing!
There is no other sake that smells more like pineapple than this one.
I thought it would be too sweet with a sake meter of -13, but the higher than usual acidity level kept the sweetness at bay and made it a great sake.
I would definitely recommend this sake as a first bottle first drink for anyone who wants to try a sake that they like the type of. The only drawback is that the chances of coming across it are low...
