It's a sake sold in a small supermarket in my wife's family's house in Fukuyama, Hiroshima.
I think the best way to drink this sake is when it's hot and cold, or when it's cold and lukewarm.
I usually only drink fruity sake, but

The taste of the rice in this sake is mild and slightly sweet, and there is none of the smell, alcohol, or eye irritation that is typical of hot sake when it is lukewarm.
I was surprised that it went well with the cucumber salad I had for dinner.
