Aizan, following Honorifuji, Yamadanishiki, and Akaban Yucho! It is a little sweeter than the most recent Yumachi. It is true that Aizan is a sweet sake. It is easy to understand when you compare them at the same brewery. I think Kaiun is more suited for a food sake, but Aizan is also delicious on its own. In any case, all Kaiun sakes are delicious. I would like to keep this sake in my pantry.

Bought the jackets. Definitely smells like lychee. It is like a Riesling wine. It is not sweet, but crisp and easy to drink. It has a pedantic feel to it, but it is a solid and tasty sake from a good brewery. I would like to try their regular products.

Slightly sweet, slightly bitter. It's very rich. I paired it with kabura-zushi and squid kurozaki-zukuri that I bought at an antenna store...perfect. I was not so sure about the quality of Katsuma before, but now that I have tried many different types of sake, I can say again that it is delicious. It doesn't have any sharp characteristics, but that may be a good thing.

I bought the pink label before, which was very good, so I went for the fine snow. Aroma is apple, pineapple. Less gassy. Not as juicy and flavorful as the pink label. At the end, a grapefruit-like bitterness sums it up nicely. Very tasty too. A brand I want to buy continuously. So, Yellow Label is on standby.

This is the third year in a row for the 39 series. This series has a gorgeous image, but this year I thought it was a little less glamorous and had a thicker, more complex flavor. Either way, it is delicious.

First flower sunbathing. Smells like pineapple. Tastes like pineapple, too. It is sweet, but not too sweet. I have never tasted pineapple like this before. The first day was the juiciest, so it's a waste, but it's best to drink a lot on the first day. The sake lees also tasted like pineapple (laugh).

I bought it because I had a good impression of Kaiun which I had drunk before. It is a Shizuoka sake rice called Honorifuji. The aroma is melon. It has a moist umami flavor with a light bitterness that finishes well. It is suitable for eating, but it is also delicious on its own.

Light and refreshing. Slightly sweet, with a light bitterness in the second half. The aftertaste is somewhat like chocolate with orange peel. For me, this aftertaste was a bit annoying. However, after about a week, this aftertaste was gone and it became smooth and delicious.
