Aizan, following Honorifuji, Yamadanishiki, and Akaban Yucho!
It is a little sweeter than the most recent Yumachi. It is true that Aizan is a sweet sake. It is easy to understand when you compare them at the same brewery.
I think Kaiun is more suited for a food sake, but Aizan is also delicious on its own.
In any case, all Kaiun sakes are delicious. I would like to keep this sake in my pantry.
