Sake made by Matsumoto Shuzo, the same company that makes Peach Drops.
It was my first time to drink sake from this brewery, and it was a nice, refreshing yet flavorful sake.
The price is also reasonable.
It is very dry, just like the label.
It goes down like water, so I think it's a good sake for a mealtime drink.
I've been drinking a lot of "cottage-style" sake lately, so I thought it would be nice to have something like this once in a while.
My first Kinshari.
It is very tasty, but the aroma is not so strong for a daiginjo.
For this price, I would be satisfied with a lower grade Ginshari (Ginjo).
Moon after rain recommended by a friend
I drank it at the store and enjoyed it so I bought it again.
The aroma and flavor are very strong and delicious.
Gohyaku Mangoku
Juwari Brewing
Alcohol 15%.
Although it is described as dry, it is a refreshing sake with a touch of sweetness.
The aroma was also noticeable and tasted delicious.
Purchased at a nearby liquor store that sells Laughing Shiki.
I bought it because there was an Okura that I had drunk at a local sake tavern in Nara.
It was delicious and aromatic.
