Tadashi Hamaoka
I found this sake at a nearby liquor store that I'm particular about.
I bought it because of the label, but it tastes pretty good too.
It is dry, but not light, and has a strong flavor that I like.
This sake is also from Kyotango.
Maybe I should go to the Kyotango Sake Festival.
