When I first opened it, it was light and refreshing to drink. It also tasted delicious.
Gradually it loses its flavor and becomes a normal sake, so it is best to drink it as soon as possible (about a week or so) after opening it.

The direct sales shop at Shotoku's sake brewery is only open on weekdays, so despite being in the neighborhood, I had not been able to go there.
I finally went there and bought a bottle of hiyaoroshi (freshly brewed sake), which had just come on sale.
The flavor spread rapidly as I rolled it around in my mouth, and it was a lot of fun.
