It has been a year since I got into sake. Recently, not only so-called "MODERN" sake but also "CLASSIC" sake has become more and more delicious. I'm glad to see that the range of sake I can drink has expanded. I am glad to see that the range of sake I can drink has expanded. However, I am not sure what part of sake I am tasting, and I will be enjoying the taste of sake in a chaotic situation for a while. This has nothing to do with Houken, but I went on a tour of one of the breweries. I was surprised to see that it was quite mechanized. Well, it is a factory, just like a beer factory. It was a bit disappointing. Of course, there are some things that are prepared by hand. The conversation with the young man who guided us around was quite good. It's delicious.

Just one year ago, when I started drinking sake, I was shocked when I was given a chance to try Jyushidai Nanadaru Nijukan and this Denshogiku at Okage-san in Yotsuya. It was one of the bottles that led me to the swamp. When I drink them again after a year, I feel like I have come back after going around the four seasons. Ah, it is one of the pleasures of sake to think, "This year again..." like this. ★★★★☆ It's delicious. I want to drink it again.

Comparison of drinks. I forgot to take a picture of the glass of sake that was poured in front of me... At Sushion in Iidabashi. This was the first of nine different kinds of sake. It was the first time I had ever had a glass of sparkling sake that I thought "Yum! I thought. Maybe it was the atmosphere, or maybe it was because I had been drinking a little at the after-party. I will try it at home later to confirm. ★★★★★ Delicious. I would definitely drink it again. I started drinking sake exactly one year ago. Thanks to my addiction, I have been able to enjoy this and that, but it has made me hungry.... Well, I did. I'm getting down to normal now, so I'm going to keep the pace to the extent that my stomach can pull itself together. I wonder if some sake brewery will brew Tokuho sake (a kind of sake that helps burn fat)... Tasty. MODERN
