It has been a year since I got into sake. Recently, not only so-called "MODERN" sake but also "CLASSIC" sake has become more and more delicious. I'm glad to see that the range of sake I can drink has expanded. I am glad to see that the range of sake I can drink has expanded. However, I am not sure what part of sake I am tasting, and I will be enjoying the taste of sake in a chaotic situation for a while. I hope that when I get out of this chaos, the resolution of the taste of sake will be further improved. ★★★★☆ Delicious. I want to drink it again.

It's written "可" and read "beshi". According to the owner of the liquor store who recommended it to us, it is usually brewed with fire, but this is a special unpasteurized sake. The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees, but it's so easy to drink that you can't help but drink more and more of it. (This is the shop where I bought it. The place where I drink it is at home)
