It is Naruto Tai LED from the Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture.
It is a sake with sweetness and slight acidity, but I thought it was a little too sweet for me.
It is said to be an all-Tokushima junmai ginjo made with 100% Awaichiba Yamadanishiki, Tokushima Prefecture's brand-name sake rice, and brewed with LED Dream Yeast.
