This has nothing to do with Houken, but I went on a tour of one of the breweries. I was surprised to see that it was quite mechanized. Well, it is a factory, just like a beer factory. It was a bit disappointing. Of course, there are some things that are prepared by hand.
The conversation with the young man who guided us around was quite good.
It's delicious.
