Hirotogawa" has been sitting in the fridge for a long time... 🍶. I opened the bottle out of season...accidentally overflowed when I opened it...it's really a waste 😭 And it's so outstandingly delicious that I regret overflowing it even more... I'll have to buy it again next year no matter what!

Participated in Himeji Castle Marathon 2025. The result...I finished in 3 hours and 46 minutes 🏁Sub 3.75 was left out, but I was able to improve my personal best by about 10 minutes or more and was satisfied with the event: ㊗️ I'm really too happy 😭😭😭 I had been refusing to drink my favorite sake, but now I've lifted the ban. I bought a bottle of Hyogo sake "Banshu Issen Spring Shine" for this day...very smooth and just the right amount of gas...Banshu Issen seasonal sake is delicious✨. I was so tired yesterday that I forgot to upload this post...but I'm going to start opening more and more sake from today!

Participated in a 30km training session in preparation for a full marathon in February 🏃 I was able to follow my goal pacer with plenty of time to spare and finished safely👍. Today I was in a good mood, so I opened a bottle of "Masamune" 🍶. I know it's definitely better not to drink after practice, but I just can't help myself... I will refrain from drinking in February... 😓.

Note the opening of the bottle: ⚠️ I almost overflowed... 😅 It has a mouthfeel like champagne and a grapefruit aroma that makes it hard to believe it's sake 🍶I tend to drink too much with the low 13% alcohol content, but I'll keep it chilled and drink it tomorrow.

I've always had my eye on "Winter's Edge": ⛄️ Such a nice label that I'm sure some people will buy the jackets ✨. When I opened the bottle, it sounded bong good 🎉. It had a schwashy feel to it, but not so much that it overflowed. Smooth on the palate with a good amount of gas. The aftertaste of rice is also outstandingly delicious 🍶. This is another pattern that will be gone soon😅.

I've been seeing a lot of threads with the "Yuki no Mayu" label lately, so maybe this is the last "Kosumori"... I got it secretly by hometown tax payment because it is not so common in Kansai 🍶... It has a mild flavor, melon-like aroma, and a crisp gassy feeling... it's outstandingly delicious 😛! I'll buy it again secretly...

I bought it at Eki Marche in Umeda! I got it because it was a rare "Kido Yumachi". It's a little dry, but I'd like to try it warmed up since it's getting colder lately. Great value for money as always 💰.

It was my daughter's birthday and I opened the bottle 🍶. Happy birthday 🎂🎉㊗️ It was a little sweeter than the other Akabu series I've had, with a nice tangy gas and pineapple or peach? Peach? It has a fruity aroma like pineapple or peach and is very delicious 😛. Red Takeshi is another bottle that I can't miss for home drinking 🍶.

Participated in the "Ono Half Marathon," the last race of the year. In the last race of the year, I set a new personal best for the first time in six years. ㊗️ So I opened a bottle of Hyogo Prefecture's local sake. Banshu Issen Shippo Nama"...too delicious...the fruity & gaseous sensation sinks into your tired body... 😙I love all of Banshu Issen's seasonal brands because they are all delicious👍. I'll do my best again next year... 🏃‍♀️

I bought a bottle of Hiyayogoshi in the summer and it was so good that I bought a bottle of Nama Sake! Naturally, it was delicious with a subdued taste and a strong rice flavor 🍶It's been a while since I've had a CEL-24 😛.

This is the first time I've had Yukidaruma, which I've been wanting to drink for a long time: ⛄️ Anyway, the label is just lovely ✨. Silky mouthfeel, gassy and not as sweet as it looks, but very tasty 😋. I'm sure I'll run out of this again soon 💦. I will buy it again when I find it as a bottle to drink at the end of the year 🍶.

Kanazawa Marathon sinking... ⤵️⤵️ It was my worst run ever 😭 I bought some local sake to contribute to the recovery efforts. I bought "Tedorigawa" and Noto's local sake "Sogen" as souvenirs for my friends 🍶. It is elegant, mellow, and soft. Tetorigawa" is delicious. I would like to run a marathon again with a set of local sake. 🏃‍♀️

I bought this at a local liquor store. I thought it was modern in both aroma and mouthfeel, but you can taste the sweetness of the firm rice 🍶 It is a brand that I would like to compare various kinds of sake because it is very cost effective. All Yamaguchi sake is delicious 😋.
