I had a Mikumari I was curious about last year but couldn't buy 🍶 It was like a champagne with a good balance of sweetness and acidity with a gaseous taste 🍾. It was like a champagne 🍾....... ✨ The label is very nice too 🦚.

I had another brand of my favorite Tetorigawa "Yoshidagurau" for the first time ✨Modern Yamahai? I drank it for the first time and it is delicious.... It has a very nice aroma with a little bitterness at the end. The low alcohydrate (13%) was consumed in the blink of an eye. I enjoyed it very much....

I missed out on buying last year's "Natsu no Otosore" 🍶. It was sweet, low alcohol (13%), easy to drink, and tasted like sake ✨. Anyway, the label is lovely 🧜.

Yamagata Masamune Summer Junmai" which I have wanted to drink since last year. The label is also very nice 🎇I saw a 🐖 on the label. 🌀 It tasted like a melon and had a nice gassy, tangy aroma. I'm going to open more and more summer sake from now on 🌻🌻.

We had "Genzai", which is called the "next "Hiroki". The balance between the chili gas and the sweetness of the rice is really delicious... I've always been a fan of juicy and fruity sake, but this brand made me realize how much I like this kind of sake as well... It made me want to drink Hirotogawa for the first time in a while.

Daimine 3 grains Aizan...very elegant, crazy balanced and too delicious 🍶. The dotted label is one that sticks out to me as a member of the Showa generation 🎯. This year I reserved a bottle of "Summer no Otosore" ㊗️ I'm looking forward to it!

Again, we had our first "Sairai" ✨. The aroma is mild, sweet and sour, very well balanced and easy to drink... 👍 This is delicious....I keep drinking it... 🍶. We are finally at the end of the 47 prefectures 🇯🇵 I am quite biased, but I will continue to enjoy sake from all over the country....

I got my first "Fukkai" that I've had my eye on for a long time ✨ Again, I let my guard down and the lid flew off, but not enough to spill it, but be careful opening the bottle 🎉⚠️ The aroma was moderate and the impression was very clean and well balanced 🍶. This is the first time I've had Kawanakajima Genmai. I found it by chance at a liquor store in Toyonaka, but was tempted by the one bottle per person limit and bought it 🍶. It had a very rich, caramel-like sweetness, followed by a strange taste of rice! I'm looking forward to tasting it again tomorrow!

Hirotogawa" has been sitting in the fridge for a long time... 🍶. I opened the bottle out of season...accidentally overflowed when I opened it...it's really a waste 😭 And it's so outstandingly delicious that I regret overflowing it even more... I'll have to buy it again next year no matter what!

Participated in Himeji Castle Marathon 2025. The result...I finished in 3 hours and 46 minutes 🏁Sub 3.75 was left out, but I was able to improve my personal best by about 10 minutes or more and was satisfied with the event: ㊗️ I'm really too happy 😭😭😭 I had been refusing to drink my favorite sake, but now I've lifted the ban. I bought a bottle of Hyogo sake "Banshu Issen Spring Shine" for this day...very smooth and just the right amount of gas...Banshu Issen seasonal sake is delicious✨. I was so tired yesterday that I forgot to upload this post...but I'm going to start opening more and more sake from today!

Participated in a 30km training session in preparation for a full marathon in February 🏃 I was able to follow my goal pacer with plenty of time to spare and finished safely👍. Today I was in a good mood, so I opened a bottle of "Masamune" 🍶. I know it's definitely better not to drink after practice, but I just can't help myself... I will refrain from drinking in February... 😓.

Note the opening of the bottle: ⚠️ I almost overflowed... 😅 It has a mouthfeel like champagne and a grapefruit aroma that makes it hard to believe it's sake 🍶I tend to drink too much with the low 13% alcohol content, but I'll keep it chilled and drink it tomorrow.
