It's a commercial doburoku. for the first time. 🎆 ⤴⤴ The fermentation in the bottle is so explosive... I can't open it ❗❗❗ From the first try, a little bit every day. We've been twisting and turning every day for about two weeks. Finally, it opened! It smells like cooked rice good smell 🤤 You can still feel the texture of the rice. I can taste it while chewing it well. The taste of rice is amazing! Sweet sake that can get you drunk This is also a drinkable intravenous drip!

I️ don't know how much the Aisan Koji affects me. I don't know but it's even softer than the improved Shinko. even softer😋. I think it's partly because it's based on my favorite sake komachi. In any case, both bottles are quickly It's getting worse😅. They both have a sweetness first, then a nice acidity. And then a nice bitterness and spiciness... I like it😊

　　　This brewery had a commercial in Niigata's Depa Basement last week. In this day and age, you can't visit the brewery, but they told me about a liquor store that has all the products and I went there❗🚙💨 The atmosphere of the shop is great and the selection is great too! It's a good first time for me 😋. The local Echitanrei🌾 melts beautifully and is delicious! The sour sweet and the astringent and spicy ☄️. I found a good one in my neighborhood. And in this liquor store, I encountered something I never thought⁉️ A brand I thought I couldn't buy in Niigata. I'll upload it soon😜😜😜
