Bought this drink as a souvenir when I was drunk. LOL. It is an unusual sake, a blend of two junmai ginjos and a junmai daiginjo. The aroma made me think it was a sake with a strong umami flavor. The sweetness and the umami come together. It tastes both delicious and astringent.
