Reconstruction support sake in Ishikawa. The brewery in the same prefecture rescued the malt from a sake brewery that had been forced to give up sake brewing due to the earthquake. Even if you don't go to Noto Peninsula, you can still see the traces of the earthquake. Especially the roads are cracked a lot. ⚡️ This sake goes great with fish. I could feel the power of Ishikawa.

I'm already tongue-tied, but it's the last sake of the trip. The brewery is small, so they don't sell their sake outside of the prefecture. The sake rice is Kame-no-o. The aroma is like pineapple. When I drank it, I found it to be moderately sweet and tart. As described in the description, it seems to be a food sake. It is a pity that there is no entrée! It would go well with fish cakes and squid sashimi! I would buy this sake if I could find it somewhere.

Furoi is also a snow goddess, in the vein of Yamaboshi Yuki-no-Megami. This is delicious! The aroma is elegant and the taste is sweet. The flavor is sweet, with a touch of sourness and a moderate bitterness. I think this is delicious no matter who drinks it. The label is cute and looks good. It may be the overall winner of this year's sake.

Snow Goddess" is a sake rice born in Yamagata. After all, I love the aroma. The aroma is not assertive, but it is gorgeous and calming. The taste is beautifully sweet. Is the sharpness of the taste unique to daiginjo? I don't know. Yamagata sake is the best 🍶.

Shirorodaruzu is only occasionally seen in Kansai. NEO means "new" in Italian. The color and aroma are restrained. It is a bit harsh sake, but it is sweet and sour. But it is sweet and sour, The lingering aftertaste is covered with bitterness so as not to make it too bitter, It is a sake with a gap between appearance and taste. Above all, the label is stylish.

On the last day of my business trip, I visited the Yamagata Sake Museum in Zao. I hadn't tasted Gassan since I received a bottle of it as a gift from my hometown. The aroma seems sweet, but when you drink it, it is not so sweet. But when you drink it, it is not so sweet, and the bitterness is also suppressed. The lingering aftertaste makes it easy to drink. I was a little surprised because it was a little more robust when it was bottled in a tobin. I was a little surprised.

Sometimes I see the Gazan style. Why isn't it more popular? It is so delicious. The one that does not use Dewa Sanzan is called Gazan style is called "Ura-Gazan style. It has a gorgeous aroma and is sweet when you drink it, but the bitterness wraps the sweetness and does not make you feel dull. The bitterness envelops the sweetness and does not give the impression of being dull, The bitterness, however, does not linger. This is delicious.

Sightseeing after a business trip to Yamagata. I had a sake I had never seen before. I wondered if it was fragrant and sweet. I thought so. The taste was sweet at first, and a refined bitterness later on. Since we were at a restaurant with a large collection of Yamagata sake I was looking forward to it anyway!

Purchased at a local liquor store while visiting Ureshino Onsen in Saga. I asked for the owner's recommendation for a sake that is typical of Saga! I asked the owner for his recommendation, and he offered me this one. It is refreshing and easy to drink, with a graininess that is not unpleasant. The sweetness and acidity are moderate. While there are many delicious sake such as Nabeshima, Shichida, and Kouei Kiku, I felt that this was "Saga's local sake". I felt it was "Saga's local sake. I am also looking forward to buying another bottle in a 4-goupe bottle!

I've been posting for a long time because of the shocking taste. I tried it because I like Omachi, but it's only from Yoshino cedar barrels. The aroma of cedar is amazing! The aroma is very Omachi-like, but the rest of the aroma after drinking it is of cedar wood! The aroma is like Omachi, but after drinking it, the lingering aroma is of cedar wood! It reminded me of a home improvement store. It also has a spicy flavor, so it might be a gin. Sake is a surprise and a delight!

Hiyadori. It has a sharp spiciness and bitterness. A bit of bitterness lingers in the mouth. It's OK because I'm drunk now, but it would be very hard if I drink this for the first glass. I think it would be very hard to drink. LOL!

Shin Tsuchida was on my mind at the event. It has a strong color but is surprisingly easy to drink. I don't know anything about old sake, but I guess it's like this.

It's been a while since I've had fumotwi. I'm not sure what the original sake was like, but it had a delicious acidity. I guess my taste has been changing recently and I can now enjoy sake made from sake yeast.

Junmai sake and junmai ginjo. The aroma is indescribably good. I can't find an analogy. LOL. It's refreshing and the bitterness comes later. Maybe a little bitter. But it is delicious!

Good evening, Akira-san. Shinshin, although it had a different label from Akira's, I also had it for the first time the other day. It is delicious, isn't it? The bitterness in the latter half is impressive! I thought so too. Sake is fun, isn't it?

MA-KI-. I see that the other labels also feature a bitterness in the second half! I would like to drink this sake again! I'm glad for your comment. Thank you!
