The delicate sweetness spreads from the light banana aroma. It is watery in the throat. It has an upscale feel to it, with little to no egging or bitterness, and it's polished to 49%. There are a surprising number of good drinks in Shinshu.

In a good way, it gives the impression of an "elegant sake". At first the watery mouthfeel leads to a gorgeous aroma in the mouth, but finally the wildness of the old-fashioned sake fades away with a slight appearance. It's a very complete and satisfying sake to drink.

A tangy, slightly carbonated sensation to a gorgeous banana aroma. A subdued sweetness spreads in the mouth, but there's very little bitterness or pungency. 'A soft drink?' It's so refreshing that you'd think it would be a good idea.

Both the name and the label look pretty impressive. I didn't know they would make you read "Besh. I didn't expect it to read "Besh. However, the taste is extremely smooth. It has a faint aroma and goes down smoothly like water.

Aki Hiyaoroshi (autumn hiyaoroshi), a souvenir of Kanazawa. It has a noble aroma, and when you take it in your mouth, the gentle sourness and richness of the drink will melt away in a refreshing sweetness. I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes from tomorrow.
