Hirotogawa usually uses Fukushima Prefecture's Yume-no-Ko as its source rice, but for the first time, this is a limited edition sake brewed with a different variety. It is highly aromatic and has a refreshing taste. Pairing : Horse sashimi fillet from Aizu Horse Sashi no Suzusei
