A gem made with Utsukushima sparkling yeast
It has a nice sharpness, but it is mellow, and the spiciness comes at first, followed by a lingering sweetness...delicious!
The label on the back of the bottle has a nice touch that wasn't there last year. A chic thoughtfulness!
This is not a omikuji, but as I haven't drawn a fortune this year, as a New Year's man, I'm kind of happy ✨.
