This bottle was recommended to me the other day at a liquor store in Nasu-cho.
It still has a sake-like character for a polished sake,
It is dry. Local sake is deep 🧐.

It's quite limited (6 places according to the person at the shop where I bought it. It seems that you can't buy it even at the brewery.) I heard that it is sold only at It's heavy and sweet like Junmai Daiginjo sake, so I've been taking it little by little.
