Firm, slightly effervescent. Dry, thin and cloudy. Refreshing apple-like aroma. The taste is somewhere between wine and sake. A distinct bitterness in the aftertaste. Is it from the wooden vat?
The fruity aroma is subdued, but lactic sweetness and umami can be sensed. It has a strong, umami mouthfeel with no cloying taste. It is good to drink as it is, but I think it can be easily matched with meals.
Dry, light-bodied. The aroma is moderate and it is suitable for a mid-meal drink. It has a pure flavor like glutinous rice. It is not sharp and dry, but rather like a smooth rice juice.
Standard, dry. Overall, the aroma, sweetness, bitterness, and punch are modest. The palate has a slight melon aroma and a distinctly bitter aftertaste. It is dry but has a long aftertaste. A sake to drink with a meal.
Super favorite. The balance between the melon aroma and the slightly dry taste is perfect. It is 16% alcohol, but it is so easy to drink that it feels much lighter. A beautifully finished taste.
It is quite dry, with a sake meter of +14, but it does not feel that dry and has a sweet taste. This may be due to the lack of acidity and bitterness. The aftertaste is quite refreshing. The fruity aroma is subdued, and there is a slight sake smell. Not bad, but maybe not to my taste.
Nuances similar to ink or whiskey barrels when opened. Slightly effervescent. A chemical lactic acidity remains after half a day of drinking. No fruity notes. If I had to say, there is a little melon. The sharpness is accompanied by bitterness from the umami. In general, it is dry but tasty.
You can taste the robust umami flavor that is typical of the sake's sake yeast. Of course, it is delicious, but personally, I would prefer a lighter flavor.
It is slightly effervescent when opened. It has a strong fruity aroma and is slightly sweet, but due to the softness of the sake or the bitter, sour, and bitter aftertaste, it can be drunk without much concern.
