Keisaku Drinking Comparison
The first one is a Banshu Yamadanishiki nama-shu, but it was in the back of the fridge and I was passed over😅.
The characteristic of Keisaraku is that no matter which series you drink, the basic axis remains unchanged: it is gorgeous, but it ends with a spicy finish...
That's the image I have.
This time is no different, with a clear, mellow flavor and an aroma that spreads as the temperature rises in the mouth✨.
The rest is a good balance 😆 clean, fragrant, and mellow flavor that comes to the very edge of not being overpowering😊.
As expected of Keisaraku😍.
