I'm having this with sushi I ordered from Uber, and I can't believe how good Tatenogawa is! It's so good with sushi😍.
It's like a clear stream on a beautiful river like the name suggests, clean mouthfeel, not much sweetness, a little sourness and sake feeling, great marriage with toro, sea urchin and ikura 😊✨.
