The sweetness of the rice is quite apparent, but the aftertaste is dry. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes to the fore. It has a strong umami flavor, so it is better to enjoy it sipping it with light appetizers rather than as a mealtime sake.

This sake was recommended to us by the Kururyu Sake Brewery in Ego. We were told that it is best warmed up, so we boiled it in hot water. It tastes better lukewarm than hot. It is dry but has a soft sweetness that makes it easy to drink. It is reasonably priced and will be useful during the winter.

My father used to drink this sake heated at home. It has been a long time since I last had a bottle of Honjozo. The mouthfeel is relatively soft, but the alcohol is still strong in the second half.

This is a not-for-sale sake from Watanabe Shuzo, which was given to us. The alcohol content is a bit strong at 17 degrees. The overall impression is of dryness. It has a slightly fruity and minty taste. You can directly feel the deliciousness of the rice. It is better to drink it with a meal than by itself.

This is the first sake from Saitama that I have had. As it is a junmai sake, it has a fruity and sweet taste, as well as sourness and a tangy taste, and a slimy rice flavor. The aftertaste is slightly dry. It has an interesting multifaceted taste ^ ^.

I was so impressed with Yokoyama Goju hiyaoroshi last year that I had to wait for this time of the year again. I was waiting for this time of year again. It is still delicious. Among the Yokoyama Goju series, which I love, this hiyaoroshi is my favorite. It may be too sweet for those outside of the prefecture, but in Nagasaki, this sweetness is a familiar taste. I am from Ibaraki (laughs). If I were to use an analogy, it tastes like muscat and mint flavored candy. It is still delicious.

The second sake from my hometown Ibaraki. This is "Sutera" which I had been curious about. It is a nigori sake, which means it has a sweet taste, but the aftertaste is dry and you can drink it without getting tired of it ^ ^.

My favorite 1814 from Yokoyama Goju, with a wonderful balance of fruity and spiciness. It also has a cemetery-like aroma characteristic of sake, and in my opinion, it is a sake full of the goodness of sake. Delicious as always.

As it is a fresh sake, it is fresh but has little sweetness and is clean and refreshing. The rice flavor expands at first, and the aftertaste is slightly bitter, with a nice lime or grapefruit flavor. The name "cool sake" is good. It is dry, but not too dry, and can be drunk on its own without hesitation.

Miyakanbai, which I drank a lot last year. This SPRING TIME is my first time. Compared to the Miyakanme I have had in the past, it is quite sweet, and I feel as if I am drinking a dessert white wine. However, it also has a sourness, and the aftertaste is not so persistent. The aroma is so mellow that it makes me regret that I have hay fever (laugh). The label is also very spring-like and I like it.

The overall impression is fresh and dry, but the fruity sweetness at the bottom gives it a three-dimensional flavor. When it is fresh out of the refrigerator, it is very spicy, but when the temperature rises a little, the fruitiness comes out, which I prefer.
