Nose: Sweet aroma with unaged fruity notes. After swallowing, there is a slight smell of aging in the mouth, perhaps due to the fact that it has been aged for 5 months.
Taste: Sweet on the palate with a spicy alcohol aftertaste.
Overall impression: Not for sale... I think it should be left as it is.

I drank it with a flounder that I had left to rest for a week and then kombu-marinated, and was able to fully appreciate the flavor of the flounder thanks to the sake's unassertiveness.
