ケイ・ナーガ
This is the first sake from Saitama that I have had.
As it is a junmai sake, it has a fruity and sweet taste, as well as sourness and a tangy taste, and a slimy rice flavor. The aftertaste is slightly dry.
It has an interesting multifaceted taste ^ ^.
