ケイ・ナーガ
I was so impressed with Yokoyama Goju hiyaoroshi last year that I had to wait for this time of the year again. I was waiting for this time of year again. It is still delicious. Among the Yokoyama Goju series, which I love, this hiyaoroshi is my favorite. It may be too sweet for those outside of the prefecture, but in Nagasaki, this sweetness is a familiar taste. I am from Ibaraki (laughs). If I were to use an analogy, it tastes like muscat and mint flavored candy. It is still delicious.
