鳥海山純米大吟醸
うなろー100% Miyamanishiki.
The clear water, subtle melon, muscat, and passion fruit flavors, and the delicious taste of Miyamanishiki supported by a moderate acidity.
The label looks like a wine-type sake, but it is a proper sake. But I am sure that winey sake lovers will also like this sake. I don't think anyone would find this sake to be a disappointment.
