Less sweet and refreshing than last year🥰.
We enjoyed it very much with soba noodles and red ginger tempura.

I'm back from a long business trip and I'm opening a bottle of Shinsei as a reward 🍶🤤.
I picked up some canned scallops at a roadside station in Aomori for snacks 🤤.
Great tartness that is hard to describe as always🤗.
The snacks were also a hit and quickly ran out 🙃🙃.
I recommend both 🥰!

I bought this today at a sake shop in Yamagata where I was on a business trip 🍶🤩.
I was torn between the great lineup of Kudokigake and Hakutsuru Nishiki, but when I saw Hakutsuru Nishiki, I locked on to it 🤗.
Mmmm, delicious!
It was chilled very cold, so it's not too sweet and mellow 🤤.
The sweetness increases as the temperature rises 🤗.
It's a low alu so it's a goku goku series!
I recommend this one 🤩.
Postscript
I wanted a snack and ransacked the vending machine at the inn, but the only thing they had was an iced cookie sandwich, so I bought one.
Not bad!

Lychee water 🌈sweet and sour and super~ delicious~ low alcohol so I recommend it for dessert after a meal 🤩.

I got this series today near Zenkoji temple in Nagano where I was traveling🍶🤤.
I heard they also have Genmai if the timing is right 😮.
It looked like it would be good during dinner, so I had some yakitori at home 🤤.
It has a mild taste and goes well with yakitori and a pile of shichimi (seven spices) 🥰🎆.
I recommend it 🤤🥰🎆.

I bought it in the summer and overlooked it because it was in my wife's wine space since we have a sake & wine cellar.
It's sweet!
It has some acidity, but personally I'd like it to be a little less sweet.
But I guess it's good for those who are new to sake...?

Comparison of the sake served at the inn 🍶.
The Junmai Ginjo was melon-like with less acidity overall, and I personally liked the Junmai because it was refreshing and went well with the sashimi that was served 🤗.
Next time: Souvenir Series 🥳.

Today I had a drink at Izumo airport on my trip 🍶🤤.
I drank myself into a stupor while watching airplanes lol.
The sashimi with bluefin tuna was the best 🤩.
It's not so strong like Omachi, but dry and refreshing 🤤.
I drank some other drinks too....
I was so tired and drunk that I slept on both the plane and the bus on the way home.
I'll try to draw a comparison tomorrow before I forget 🛌.
