I arrived in Akita on a business trip today, so I bought this at a liquor store before arriving at the hotel - ヾ(*´｀｀*)ノ🍶. I think I drank it before? I don't remember 🤔. Fruity & a little sour 🥳. refreshing & light 🌈🥰. Very tasty!

Today I opened this bottle for the 400th anniversary. I wonder if it's been sitting around for about 3 years. It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Ecru 🤗. I think the first time I drank Shinmasa was also Ecru? I remember the gentle sourness of the barrel 🤩🎆. I think I let it sit for too long? Is it too much? Even gentler? It was very delicious!

I just got back from a long business trip today 🍶🤗 My favorite Yuki no Bijin🍶🥰. Especially the No. 6 yeast is so hit and miss 🤤. Mmmm delicious 🥲. Like watered down strawberry candy 🤤. Highly recommended 🤗

I bought it today at a liquor store in Osaka where I was traveling 🍶🤤. I remember drinking it at an event and enjoying it 🤗. It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Akaban Omachi, so you can't go wrong with that 🍶🤤. Refreshingly modest sweetness with a hint of bitterness 🥲. I couldn't resist! It was very delicious!

Happy New Year 🌈🤗🍶. I went to a nearby shrine for Hatsumode (New Year's visit) and had a few drinks 🍶🤤. I got a second bottle of Cosmos on a business trip last month, so I opened the old one🍶🤗🤗. Safe 🤤 and secure 🥳 and stable 🥰 acidity as always 🤤. acidity🥲. We enjoyed it very much this year.

Today I bought a series 🍶🤤 from a local liquor store. I've had it before when I was on the road, but this is the first time I've bought it 🥳. Mmmmmmmmmm! The bottle was opened with a pop! Clear but slightly sour and bitter 🤤. It was very tasty both during a meal and by itself.

I'm back from a long business trip and I'm opening a bottle of Shinsei as a reward 🍶🤤. I picked up some canned scallops at a roadside station in Aomori for snacks 🤤. Great tartness that is hard to describe as always🤗. The snacks were also a hit and quickly ran out 🙃🙃. I recommend both 🥰!

I bought this today at a sake shop in Yamagata where I was on a business trip 🍶🤩. I was torn between the great lineup of Kudokigake and Hakutsuru Nishiki, but when I saw Hakutsuru Nishiki, I locked on to it 🤗. Mmmm, delicious! It was chilled very cold, so it's not too sweet and mellow 🤤. The sweetness increases as the temperature rises 🤗. It's a low alu so it's a goku goku series! I recommend this one 🤩. Postscript I wanted a snack and ransacked the vending machine at the inn, but the only thing they had was an iced cookie sandwich, so I bought one. Not bad!

Today's series sent from Akita 🍶🤤. My favorite, Hiraisen 🍶. Hina has been a long time 🤤. Looks like it's had a bit of a model change🤔. but I love it 🥰. I love it! Lychee water 🌈sweet and sour and super~ delicious~ low alcohol so I recommend it for dessert after a meal 🤩.
