At first, the sweetness spreads mildly, but it does not linger due to a good astringency, and the finish is quite dry. It has a strong freshness and a beautiful taste. Delicious, highly recommended.
I was quite wary of opening it, but it was not an explosive sake. The supernatant was dry and crisp with a shwashiness, and when mixed in, the oli was not so thick as to be nigori, but added a rounded depth of flavor that was delicious, recommended.
It had been sitting at room temperature, but I finally opened it. It has a deep and profound flavor, with a subdued acidity and a deep taste of omachi. The label looks like something from Romancing Saga, but I wonder if there is a connection. It is a good wine to drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Delicious, highly recommended.
The gentle sweetness of the rice spreads in the mouth. It has a mellow taste and a nice finish. It tastes good enough for everyday drinking, delicious, and highly recommended.
I let it sit at room temperature for a little over a year. The color has developed quite well! Pleasant Yamahai flavor, deep matured taste, delicious, recommended.
I unknowingly tried to open it and nearly wreaked havoc. It was quite active and nigori-stained. It has a mild aroma, with a strong sweetness from the rice, and a dry, crisp finish with a sense of shwashiness. Delicious, highly recommended.
It is from a Shizuoka brewery, but as they also have a brewery in Okayama, I think they are good at using Yumachi. When drunk with air, it has a moderate juiciness and a deep taste of Omachi. After swallowing, it has a dry, crisp taste.
Unlike Shiboritate Nama-no-Hara Sake, the taste is quite subdued. The rice flavor can be felt, and it has a dry, crisp finish. The can also states that it is recommended by the brewer. Delicious, recommended for everyday drinking.
It has a freshness typical of nama-zake. Junmai Ginjo, clean with a nice astringency that cuts through the cleanliness. It has the sweetness of rice and is delicious, highly recommended.
This is a brewery in Shizuoka with two generations of female toji, father and son. Although it is a small brewery, it brews sake with a variety of challenges. Sake quality-wise, it is a good summer sake, with a very low summer-sake type aroma, a slight sweetness from the rice, and a refreshing taste. Delicious, highly recommended.
I went to the warehouse and got it. It was a visitor-friendly facility. But it was nice and did not feel strongly commercial. This sake has a reasonable aroma, a good sweetness from the rice, but it has a nice finish, and can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake or on its own. Delicious, highly recommended.
I guess it is a local brand of the famous sake "Sagata" brewery. When I went to the brewery, it was closed for the Bon vacations (tears). When I dropped by a nearby roadside station, they were selling several kinds of sake from this brewery, including "Sagata," and I was able to get some. The aroma is restrained, and the sweetness of the rice can be felt. Delicious, highly recommended.
Award-winning sake with Shizuoka yeast! Calm aroma, sweetness, crispness with light astringency, and a sense of melon, nothing to say. Delicious, highly recommended.
