It has a sourness that is typical of Kouei Kiku, but it may be restrained; it is refreshing and normally delicious. It is also good as a food sake. Recommended.
It has a gorgeous flavor, but you can tell that there is also a lot of flavor riding on it. It does not claim to be an "autumnal" wine, but the taste is like that. Delicious, highly recommended.
Purchased at the summer brewery opening. It has a rich flavor with a sourness typical of Yamahai. It has no aroma, good for a mid-meal drink, delicious, recommended.
The aroma is mild, and there is a slight melon sensation when you drink it. It has a mild flavor and is good as a food sake. Delicious, highly recommended.
Isohajime no Omachi, which is not sold locally. The sharpness remains the same, but the depth of flavor is very strong. It has a different flavor from Yamadanishiki. Delicious, highly recommended.
The aroma is restrained, but the flavor and sweetness are subdued, and the finish is typical of hiyaoroshi sake. It is a good sake for a meal that goes well with autumn flavors.
Tasted and purchased at the brewery, it was for summer, with a refreshing acidity, moderate sweetness, and easy drinking at a low alcohol of 13 degrees. Refreshing, tasty, not at all thin, and I could tell from the label that it was low alcohol. Delicious, highly recommended.
Purchased at the brewery on the day of the opening of the warehouse, it has a very sharp taste, suitable for a mid-meal drink, and perfect with grilled salt fish! Good with strong flavored food, delicious, highly recommended.
Slightly sweet taste. The sharpness is good. On the inside of the cup is written something like "I see, the Shinshu region". Masumi Fujimi Brewery is the highest sake brewery in Japan! I think it would be a perfect accompaniment to a trip to Shinshu with an ekiben.
Is it a limited edition sake shop product? It has a slightly sweet sake quality, and the sharpness is weak, or perhaps it is cut off by an astringent taste. It is not too floral, so I think it can be used as a food sake.
It's been a while since I've had a brewer's kuheiji, and I think it's a little more glamorous. The label is also pink, which I think is what they were aiming for. It is not too glamorous, so it can be served as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink. I recommend it.
Purchased at the warehouse. The sales space was beautifully made. The taste is refreshing and crisp. Good as a food sake. Delicious, highly recommended.
I won it at a sake gacha at a brewery opening (disappointment prize). It is refreshing, crisp, and delicious. It has a taste for a mealtime sake. Delicious, highly recommended.
It has a mild floral flavor. It has Omachi's characteristic depth, a tangy taste, and a good sharpness that does not linger. Delicious, highly recommended.
It has the flamboyance and sharpness of a daiginjo. You can taste the goodness of aluzoe. You can also taste the flavor of the rice, delicious, recommended.
Purchased at the brewery. The taste is firm, fresh, and typical of nama-shu. The taste is hard to describe, but it is a beautiful sake flavor. Good as a food sake or on its own. Delicious, highly recommended.
A liquor store exclusive? The aroma is a little floral. The taste is clean and crisp, with a sharp finish. I am looking forward to seeing how it develops after a few days of drinking.
