Long time no post ✍ Oyama Odoru by Kato Kihachiro Shuzo At the Takashimaya Department Store in Yokohama, the words "2021 Limited Edition Sake" and the astonishing price of 3800 yen for a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo caught my eye, and I bought it right away! The result... It's good, too good. The fruity taste and aroma, the clean aftertaste, the full flavor of the rice, everything is great! I think it should be more expensive than this. It's too good for the price! I don't know if I can repeat this because it's a limited edition sake, but if it's sold all year round, I'll drink it regularly. I recommend it👆.

The second in the Yamagata series! Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo from Yamagata Prefecture only! I was not sure whether to buy it or not until the last minute, but I was right ✨I am glad I bought it 👍. The aroma is fruity, and the taste is sweetness of rice that spreads to the mouth and goes through the nose. The price is very reasonable, about 1800 yen, and I'm sure I'll repeat it next time I'm in Yamagata!

Christmas-like 🍸 in a glass this time! Today we start the Yamagata series! The first product is Junmai Daiginjo made from Kamikimoto's Yukigami. The mellow aroma of the rice is amazing! Maybe it's because it's in a wine glass, but it smells even better than usual. The taste of the rice comes out really well, and yet it is also fruity. The throat is very refreshing. Yum!
