Purchased at Nespas in Omotesando. A total label buy!
Wait handsome, is this what I like? It's definitely fruity with malic acid, but it's not apple-apple-apple, which is GOOD! I think it's tangerine, I think it's banana... interesting! It's definitely something I can drink with people who don't like sake!
The appetizer is "salted salmon with kanzuri". I've never had salted fish before (including squid), but it's delicious! I can't wait to put it on rice.
