It's summer, but recently I've been craving a sweeter taste than a crispy one, so I chose the one that seemed closest to the description on the price tag at Yamaya and bought this one.
It's so good! It has a strong sweetness and a soft flavor, but it's also refreshing... This is what I've been looking for...! I'm eating Mapo Tofu right now, and it's as good as any chili I've ever had!
I was under the impression that most of Niigata's sake was rather sharp, but after "Daiyomori" I found a sweet sake that changed my image a bit😊I want to go to Niigata to see Negicco ......... lol
