I dropped by the Iki Iki Toyama-kan in Yurakucho, so I bought some. One of the nice things about Tokyo is that it's full of antenna shops...
It has a subtle aroma and a refreshing taste that makes me drink many cups! The sweetness is just right ☺️But I'm still a beginner, so I'm not sure what the Hiyaoroshi taste is. But I'm still a beginner, I still don't know what hiyaoroshi taste is... so I'm going to drink a lot of hiyaoroshi this season and learn 💪.

I sometimes go to Toyama-kan to buy not only sake but also white yam and black yam👍.

Hi Hilacchio, good evening! I'm sorry I'm late every time 😭I've never been to Toyama-kan before, but it's full of kelp-related products! The black and white yam... I'll try it next time! I bought some kelp bread. I bought some kombu bread and it was delicious when I baked it🙆️.
