I was transferred at the end of June and received this as a farewell gift from my workplace. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake😍I guess they went out of their way to choose a good sake for me as a sake lover. Thank you all 😊Nice choice❣️.
This was also purchased at Takashimaya. I was told that this sake was made by Nishi Shuzo, the brewer of Takarazan, and when I tasted it, it was a candidate for purchase because of its good balance. I also had a Junmai Daiginjo, but it seemed refined and reasonably priced, so I decided to have this one.
I was surprised at how good it tasted when I first drank Tominohouzan, and they have done the same with sake. I wonder if the liquor stores near me carry it....
I found out that the "Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition" was being held at the Takashimaya Department Store and wandered in on my way home from work.... Perhaps because it was Friday, there were more people there than I expected. There was also a gourmet event being held next door at the same time, so I guess it was just a side event.
This sake was recommended to me by the owner of my favorite izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and it is the brand that made me a sake lover in the first place. I bought it immediately after meeting it for the first time in a long time 😁.
The aroma is great and the way it spreads in your mouth is fantastic! It was gone in no time 😢.
My favorite liquor store nearby carries a lot of delicious sake that I don't usually see. This time I bought this sake because of its refreshing image. It is fruity, low in alcohol and easy to drink. It is the type of sake that can be enjoyed without snacks 😊.
Today, I wandered into my local liquor store to see if they had any delicious looking sake.... I was interested in this stylish sake made in Nagano, Hakuba, the Northern Alps, a sacred place full of memories of my youth 😊It is sweet, fruity, and easy to drink. Sweet, fruity and easy to drink.
This is the first time I've bought Ozeki other than the one-cup Ozeki, and it's a nice, non-habitual accompaniment to sashimi 😋👍It's going to be on my rotation for a little drinking sake!
A cheesecake shop opened in my neighborhood, and for some reason, sake was lined up next to it. I asked the shopkeeper why, and he told me it was because the store was owned by a liquor store. The world has evolved beyond imagination (laugh).
This sake, recommended by the waiter, has a tangy, fresh taste and is a must repeat. I would like to try other kinds of sake. I was even more convinced when I visited the brewery's website...
The second souvenir from a business trip to Kumano. It is said that this sake is made from the sacred water of Nachi-no-Taki. It is a light, dry sake that goes well with sashimi.
Sanzenzori, which has charmed great writers, is said to be a representative of dry sake. I have to admit that I am not a fan of dry sake, but I had been interested in it for some time and decided to purchase it this time.
When I tried it, at first I thought, "What the heck is this?", then I thought, "It's really good" while eating sashimi, and finally, "Is this all there is? I am becoming more and more addicted to the charm of sake.
Wagon sale at a nearby donkey shop, probably for New Year's since it was made in November. I was attracted by the four words "Bizen Omachi" and bought it on impulse. It has an elegant taste. I wonder if it would have tasted even better if I had drunk it during the New Year's holiday....
